Despite the move toward obtaining compact disc collections and DVDs that are immediately digitized into someone's collection on an external hard drive, it would seem that sales of DVDs haven't really fallen in favor of digital versions as have compact discs in the past decade. People can't really digitize a Bluray disc and it's also impossible to enjoy movie extras like director commentary from a digital stream. This means that the best way to get movies from place to place is still sticking them in poly mailers and dropping them in the mail instead of sending them digitally somewhere else.
